They are not meant to cover your entire boob...but correct placement will give you the proper hold! I wore these for an outdoor event with a heat index of 100° and humid. They held for a solid 6 hours! I have not tried to re-use them yet so I dont know how well they will hold for a second use...but even if not...they are worth it!
